Beef Roast in a Slow Cooker
This recipe (beef roast in a slow cooker), is a very easy one and it fills you up fast! It only uses 4 main ingredients and takes about 7-8 hours on low.
Ingredients:
3lbs Beef Chuck Roast
4 Medium Potatoes (quartered)
2 – 10.75oz cans Cream of Mushroom Soup
Instructions:
Put roast in slow cooker
Evenly spread onion soup mix onto roast
Use a spoon to cover roast with cream of mushroom soup
Put potatoes in slow cooker around the roast
Cover and cook on low 7-8 hours or on high for 6-7 hours.
