Ok, now that you know that baking soda is the best weapon against foot and shoe odors, you’re now going to need to know how to use it to make it work for you.
All you have to do is sprinkle a bit in the bottom of your shoes and shake it to coat the entire insole of the shoes and allow them to sit overnight; by morning, you’ll notice that all the nasty smells are gone!
You’ll have results in as little as 10 minutes; but for best results, leaving the baking soda in your shoes overnight to absorb the moisture and remove all the acid (sweat).
You can also sprinkle some baking soda on your feet before you put your socks on and that will help absorb/eliminate odors as well – but let me warn you that it will end up drying out your feet; so you want to have some kind of lotion around to rub on them at the end of the day (I can’t stand dry feet!)
Try it and you won’t be disappointed!
