Bobby Dassey Most Likely Murdered Teresa Halbach
The latest motion filed by Steven Avery’s lawyer – Kathleen Zellner, has brought even more focus onto Bobby Dassey (Brendan Dassey’s brother) and Scott Tydach. The supporting evidence makes it looks as though Bobby Dassey most likely murdered Teresa Halbach AND Scott Tydach and the State of Wisconsin knew it but covered it up.
Explosive evidence submitted to the court in her new motion, Kathleen Zellner paints a very ugly, disturbing and sickening picture of Bobby Dassey.
Photo’s of Bobby’s back, which show scratches, appear to be made from a human and not from a puppy in which the state had argued during trial.

Bobby’s brother Blaine has provided an affidavit saying he witnessed Bobby driving a greenish-blue vehicle at around 3:45PM – You probably don’t need any help remembering that Teresa drove a green/blue Rav 4.
Ken Kratz sent a letter to Dean Strang and Jerome Buting (Steven Avery’s original lawyers), saying the computer tower of Bobby Dassey had “nothing of evidentiary value”… turns out, it contained a lot of disturbing pictures and search queries that depicted violent pornography, which involved young females (who had an uncanny resemblance to Teresa Halbach) who were being raped and tortured.

If you look at this evidence, you’re able to paint a picture and you’re able to see that Bobby Dassey had the means, motive and opportunity to murder Teresa Halbach. For people who still believe Steven Avery and Brendan Dassey are guilty, I’d like to say “Checkmate”. If you think they’re guilty, you’re probably corrupt and work for the state of Wisconsin.
Teresa Halbach’s family is finally going to find out what happened to their daughter, sister and friend. The Halbach family did not get the justice they deserved. The Halbach family was taken advantage of by the State of Wisconsin so they could secure a conviction against Steven Avery and Brendan Dassey. The State of Wisconsin failed Teresa, the Halbach family, Steven Avery and Brendan Dassey. They knew all along that Bobby Dassey was their prime suspect but he wasn’t the one who was suing them for $36 million and so they didn’t pursue him; but rather, went after his uncle – Steven Avery because he was about to take down Manitowoc County and the fools that ran it. Some women have artificial nails and some are more pointy than rounded. Also, if you don’t manicure your nails every week or couple of weeks, you can get pointy areas on them since they don’t grow uniformly. I completely believe Stephen and Brandon are innocent. Unfortunately the police railroaded Brandon into a false confession after hours of interrogation without an attorney. If you badger someone long enough, most people will eventually give in to make it stop. Wasn’t Teresa’s camera missing or the card in the camera. I am guessing that whomever killer her (Bobby being the main suspect) took pictures of her after the crime and that card is somewhere. For all we know, when Bobby’s computer was confiscated, so was the card (it could have possibly been in the computer at the time) and if so, was destroyed because not being sued for millions and millions of dollars was more important than the truth. That’s how the government operates. It’s always about money….not what’s right.
When I was watching Bobby’s testimony, the thought entered my mind that it was him , and come on there’s no way Stephen would finally get out of prison and comment a murder on his own property and hide the car on it well let’s just say even the dumbest person would have better since than that

i my heart goes out to the Averys mom & pop have been thru so much. we need to pray as Gods children for this family. I have had problems in my family also, not to this extend, but I saw my son, a young father bury his infant son 3 times. I felt every pain as his mom and still do and always will. mamma s love their children unconditionally, even when they ‘ve done wrong. mamma avery keep lovin your son, this is one time the law really hide the truth. makes ya wonder if its all about the money.? I think from watching the docuseries Steven loved his family and they are the most important thing in his life. Lets pray Averys and Katherine Zellner and Dasseys. God bring the guilty man or men out.

I knew from the moment I found out in season 1, that the Manitowoc county police were not suppose to be in Steven’s place alone and somehow they went in alone, that someone close to Steven must have committed the murder. Then, in season 2 everything stated coming together more about Bobby Dassey. How can someone have gotten away with something so heinous and let two people who are clearly innocent sit in prison for what he did? There was no evidence that points to Steven committing the murder for one and for two Steven had just gotten released not too long before all this happened and was wrongfully convicted then as well and I believe with all my heart that he is being wrongfully convicted this time too. As for Brendan Dassey I don’t even think his so call “confession” should have been admissible in court because for one he was still a minor when the police pulled him out of school without his mother’s permission and two half the stuff that was being said was from the police and only Brendan had been agreeing with them. I know some people get nervous around police and I have to say that Brendan didn’t know what was going on because even then I bet 9 times out of 10 he was nervous and scared because they pulled him from school and everything. There is not much else I can say but like i said I do believe with all my heart that both Steven Avery and Brendan Dassey are innocent! I hope they catch the real murderer soon!
Well written. I’m still in shock and have goosebumps just thinking how her last moments where under the hands of this sicko. Once I saw the computer evidence on season 2 it all clicked together. He is family, how easy would that to be to plant evidence on the property. Already knowing Stevens history he knew that pointing the finger at him would work. And shame on the Mother for allowing her innocent son to suffer for so long in prison. She knew about the computer files. She should be tried also for with holding information. If my son was involved or provoked actions like rape and murder I would not want him walking the streets but placed under proper supervision. She is not doing her duty as a mother. What a messed up family the whole bunch. I hope and pray they get justice. But there is a part of me that feels like maybe not because this rabbit hole is so deep. Sorry for venting haha this story has captivated me!
