What 30 Days of Eating No Sugar Did For Me
It’s been 30 days of eating no sugar (technically 32 at the time of this writing) and so far I have lost 24.8 pounds! But weight loss isn’t the only benefit I received.
Here are some of the benefits I received with 30 days of eating no sugar:

I’m still in the middle of collecting data for other key measurements and will be posting those stats after I have enough data to have comparisons.
Now listen, I’m not saying you’re going to become rich and famous and all of your wishes are going to come true by not eating sugar, but what I am saying is that you can have a lot more positives in your life and feel and look a whole hell of a lot better if you eliminate the poison from your body. And who knows, you may gain new found confidence from all the positive changes from eliminating sugar from your diet that you will go out and become rich and famous! But you won’t know unless you try!

I’m telling you, if you’re looking to start looking and feeling good, then you need to eliminate sugar from your diet and start eating less carbs and believe me when I say this, you’ll be feeling 100x’s better within 2 weeks. You’ll never want to eat sugar again because you’ll realize how bad it is and what all negative shit it’s doing to your body.
30 days of eating no sugar and I’m feeling good. Here is to the next 30 and so on and so forth!
